Melaciyer is equipped with molasses injection feature that can operate in the range of 5 to 60 tonnes per hour and is used in feed production.
- High Capacity: It can operate in the capacity range of 5 to 60 tonnes per hour and is designed for large-scale feed production facilities.
- Molasses Injection: It enriches feed mixtures and increases the nutritive value with the feature of molasses injection up to 10 percent.
- Strong Engine and Chassis: The machine and the drive motor are mounted on a common chassis plate, it has a solid structure.
- Mixer Design: Designed in the form of a horizontal cylinder with a rotating shaft, it includes quick-change and wear-resistant beaters.
- Material Options: The inside of the mixing drum can be lined with replaceable plastic lining or stainless steel material, providing flexibility of use.
- Safety and Easy Maintenance: The service hatch is equipped with an adjustable safety lock, ensuring a safe working environment and facilitating maintenance processes.
- Molasses Injection Device: The molasses machine has a molasses injection device integrated at the inlet, ideal for increasing the nutritive value of the mixture.
