Paddle Mixer
Padıl Mixer, which we developed to provide the highest efficiency and quality in your feed production processes, offers flexible mixing solutions. It provides the opportunity to produce in various capacities between different body sizes (500 litres to 16.000 litres). The desired mixing ratios are obtained at filling levels ranging from 100/10 to 100/100. Liquid addition is facilitated by means of nozzles.
Filling with large-area pneumatic capping and bidirectional opening discharge gates speed up operations and increase capacity/hour. For safety, there are fully safe maintenance covers that cannot be opened until the rotating equipment speed is reset. According to the production needs, it can be easily coupled during the manufacturing phase of the line and nozzles suitable for different liquid types and types.
