Two Floor Conditioner
As Yemsa Makina, we have designed two-storey conditioners in accordance with the capacity of pellet presses used in feed production, which optimise the pelleting process by ensuring homogeneous penetration of steam and liquids into the product. This equipment ensures that the steam and liquids are spread into the product at the desired level with adjustable paddles, thus increasing pellet quality and digestibility.
- Body Material: It is made of AISI 304 chrome material, provides a durable and hygienic structure.
- Engine Drive System: The belt pulley motor drive can adjust the residence time in the conditioner according to the product, offering operational flexibility.
- Heat Treatment: Heat-treated adjustable paddles ensure a homogeneous incorporation of vapour and liquid into the product.
- Steam Distribution: With the special design, the feed steam is given from a single point, increasing efficiency.
- Balancing: The static and dynamic balance of the rotor is taken, providing low vibration and low noise level.
- Adjustability according to capacity: The number and length of conditioners can be customised according to the pellet press capacity.
Options:
- Liquid Addition: Liquid can be added according to demand, it can improve product performance.
- Inner Coating: Special inner coating option is offered to prevent sticking of the goods.
